Bio
Larry Tobias (AEA, SAG/AFTRA, SDC) is a New York-based actor-musician-director following multiple paths and vagaries wherever they may lead over the course of a 40-plus year career. An accomplished stage actor with credits from Shakespeare to modern American drama, a musician and bandleader with his own country tribute band, a director specializing in the actor-musician subgenre of American musical theater, as well as an award-winning composer of film scores, Larry has his hands full juggling (also a favorite pastime) multiple disciplines in the entertainment industry. He also has many TV and film credits dating from the 1970s to current day. In an industry as changeable and dynamic as the performing arts, Larry has somehow managed to stay in demand as his varied talents and skills have been highly sought from one end of the country to the other.
